From Groundbreak to Greatness: A completed kitchen

It has been an incredible 18 month journey. What began with the first scoop of earth during excavation has finally transformed into the beating heart of CAFoT: a brand-new, purpose-built training kitchen.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to the donors whose generosity fueled this vision, the builders who worked tirelessly through every phase of construction, and our alumni and supporters who cheered us on. This space exists because of your shared belief in our students' potential.

Day 1

Built for the Real World

Moving the equipment in was just the beginning. Over the last several courses, we have put the space through its paces by testing and re-testing the cooking stations and teaching flow. Our goal wasn't just to build a beautiful room; it was to create an environment that mirrors the high-pressure, high-standard reality of the culinary industry.

Today, we are proud to say the flow is seamless. The layout now functions with the precision of a professional kitchen, ensuring that when our students graduate, the transition to a real-world chef’s role feels like second nature.
