From Classroom to Five-Star Kitchens: Our Jan 2026 Class

This past month, our recent class stepped out of the training centre and into the high-stakes world of Anantara Resort Chiang Mai.
Watching our students transition from practice prep to the precision of a luxury kitchen has been incredible. 
They are currently navigating the intense pace and discipline that only a five-star environment can teach.
Learning firsthand that being a chef is as much about character and speed as it is about great food.
We are deeply grateful to the team at Anantara for their mentorship and for giving our students a seat at the table.
